We are taking expressions of interest for places in our school readiness program in 2024.

I give permission for Nature Crew Staff to photograph my child/ren within playgroup and use their photo to promote Nature Crew Playgroup on promotional material, including printed and online promotions.
I give permission for my contact details (email/phone) to be included on the Nature Crew Playgroup members distribution list. The distribution list will be compiled by Nature Crew staff to send group notifications of upcoming events or changes to the term timetable.
I acknowledge that my child/ren’s photo may be taken by other parents / caregivers who are primarily taking photos of their children. I understand that I have the right to ask parents to exclude my child from the photo if I so wish.
I understand that my child must be accompanied and supervised by a parent/carer at all times whilst attending the Nature Crew Playgroup. I also agree to abide by the Nature Crew Playgroup policy and guidelines as advised by the Coordinator and laid out on the Nature Crew website.
