Overview

Take care of child, goal of preschool tribe

We are now taking enrolments for Term 3, 2023 of our Wild Wanderer sessions for children aged 4 to 12 years of age. These are drop off sessions but parents/guardians of children under 5 years of age are supposed to stay back.  These sessions will run throughout the school term. Last week is usually an excursion to a different park or a beach with parents and children where we play games, share ideas for the new term and just have fun.   

  • What to expect from our this sessions:

  • Explore practical skills in using various hand tools.
  • Learn essential knots and lashings for outdoor applications.
  • Apply learned skills to construct cubbies and shelters.
  • Master the art of fire striking.
  • Engage in the identification of local flora and fauna.
  • Explore principles of sustainability.
  • Foster self-sufficiency and resourcefulness in outdoor living.
  • Embrace the outdoors as our primary learning environment.
  • Understand our role as responsible stewards of the Earth.
  • Integrate hands-on experiences with thoughtful discussions.

HOME SCHOOL ENROLMENT FORM

Term 3 : 10 week term 10/07/23 - 15/09/23

Half Day 10.00am - 1.00pm

Cost $400 per term

Full day 9.30am - 2.30pm

Cost: $600 per term

Ages: 4 - 12 yrs old drop off sessions

This group will be further divided into Bush Kinder and Forest School depending upon the age of the child.

I give permission for Nature Crew Staff to photograph my child/ren within playgroup and use their photo to promote Nature Crew Playgroup on promotional material, including printed and online promotions.
I give permission for my contact details (email/phone) to be included on the Nature Crew Playgroup members distribution list. The distribution list will be compiled by Nature Crew staff to send group notifications of upcoming events or changes to the term timetable.
I acknowledge that my child/ren’s photo may be taken by other parents / caregivers who are primarily taking photos of their children. I understand that I have the right to ask parents to exclude my child from the photo if I so wish.
I understand that my child must be accompanied and supervised by a parent/carer at all times whilst attending the Nature Crew Playgroup. I also agree to abide by the Nature Crew Playgroup policy and guidelines as advised by the Coordinator and laid out on the Nature Crew website.
